At The Bay, we value the personal development of every child:
Our students learn skills, realise talents and develop character, culture and resilience. They learn British Values, diversity and the importance of keeping healthy in body and mind, as well as valuing their own mental health and well being.
Our students are prepared for life in modern Britain, equipping them to be responsible, respectful, engaging citizens who contribute actively and positively to the local community and society.

Each half term there is a Futures Day where all students are off timetable taking part in a wide selection of valuable personal development opportunities.
