On Monday, our brilliant Y5/6 athletes travelled over to the secondary school to compete against 7 other primary schools for indoor athletics.

They all started off competing in a series of field events which included standing long jump, chest push and javelin.

Fantastic performance from all individuals. Max came 1st in Javelin, Kian came 2nd in speed bounce. Abigail and Neve dominated the girls relay along with a great run from Harry and Kian.

Overall, with all the fantastic results combined with great teamwork The Bay managed to place 2nd! Onto the finals they go.
