Year 10 Basketball

The year 10 boys basketball team travelled to Medina for their annual Island tournament last week. The team started well with a 7-4 win over Carisbrooke College followed by a 13-4 win over a competitive CTK team. After a short break the boys played a well drilled Medina and lost 9-4. Going into the final game against Cowes, they boys needed a win to stand a chance of winning overall, which they comfortably did 9-2. This meant 3 teams were left level on points. In the 3-way free throw competition we narrowly lost to Medina but beat CTK, which secured second place overall. MVP Ailbe F. Well done boys.
