U11 Girls' Football

After securing the title of U11 Girls Cup Champions, our girls travelled to Cowes Enterprise College to play Carisbrooke in their league final hoping for more success. 

The game was played at a fast pace with both teams working extremely hard throughout the game without creating any chances. With one minute to go, the ball bounced around in our box with a ricochet falling to a Carisbrooke player to slot home and secure victory. 

Not the fairytale ending in terms of winning the league final but with all 11 girls now playing for teams or attending external football sessions, compared to 2 at the beginning of Year 3, there has been some extremely huge successes on and off the pitch!
