Reception - Butterfly World
The children in Reception went on an exciting trip to Butterfly World. It was so enjoyable because we had to go on a coach! The children loved it. At Butterfly World we planted seeds and plants that we have brought back to,school to enhance our environment! We had sensory meetings with snakes, bearded dragons, tarantulas!! We saw new life happening in front of our eyes as butterflies emerged from the chrysalis! Wow! It was such an amazing day. The finale was being able to feed the Koi Carp!
A huge thanks to everyone at Butterfly World. Each and every child received a free visit back for them and their family and a colouring competition was set for a 1st and 2nd prize for the best colouring which will offer a family pass for four families across both reception classes. Watch this space. A valuable learning experience for all!
