Exam Results Day - Thursday 24th August

Please note that due to building works taking place at school over the summer, we have had to amend our Result’s Day Plan a little.

Details:

Results Day Format:

9.00 start 11.00 end
Students arrive at the Blue Gates from 9.00
Students enter through the Blue Gates
Collect envelope in the Canteen, signing for it from staff
Students collect in the outdoor section of the Canteen to speak with staff and record whiteboard messages - photos will be taken
Wet weather contingency remains as above
Parents can collect student results if they have a letter of authority from the student (with student’s full name and exam number), naming the person collecting the results, and a form of picture identification of the person collecting the results
Any student who has not collected by 11.00am, their results will be left at reception for collection and should they still be there in the afternoon, they will be posted to the home address on our systems.
Students not attending can receive results by phone, from 9.30am until 11.30am, if they provide the student’s full name and exam candidate number.

Please note:

Family members are warmly invited to gather in the outdoor section of the Canteen to join the celebration of results.
